Lesley Sedgwick, aka Coach Les Michelle, is the CEO of LI2L Consulting Group, an award-winning full-service business administration agency. With years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, and project management experience, I turned my corporate skillsets into a lucrative business. In 2018 I resigned from my 9-5 as a Project Manager at a popular Atlanta HBCU to pursue my passion and reclaim my freedom.
Entrepreneurship is nothing new to me. Even as a child I aIways had a hustler's spirit. Throughout adulthood, a side hustle was a must in addition to full-time employment. In 2007 while working for the VP of a DC Biotechnology company, I started a fashion boutique that is still in operation.
